Processing & delivery
We process orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day. Once your parcel is on its way, we’ll email you the tracking details.
EU delivery is generally estimated at 2–6 business days after dispatch. See the estimates for your destination below. Delivery dates are not guaranteed; carrier delays, holidays, busy periods or bad weather can affect arrival times.
Shipping for private customers
Rates and free-delivery thresholds are based on your order total after discounts. Shipping prices include VAT where applicable. LANGYARNS delivery is explained below.

Ordering LANGYARNS
You can order LANGYARNS together with your other favourites. Your LANGYARNS items arrive in a dedicated parcel, with tracking details emailed after dispatch.
Delivery for the LANGYARNS parcel costs €10.50, in addition to any shipping charge for other items in your order. The standard free-delivery thresholds do not cover this parcel. You’ll see the shipping options and total cost at checkout.
Shipping for wholesale customers (B2B)
The minimum wholesale order is €150. Shipping is calculated on the order value excluding VAT, unless otherwise agreed.
- Slovenia: free shipping on orders of €150 or more.
- Other EU countries: shipping costs 10% of the order value for orders of €150–€349.99, and 5% for orders above €350.
- Outside the EU: shipping is quoted individually, based on the destination and shipment size. The buyer pays any customs duties, import VAT, taxes and clearance fees, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Existing delivery agreements with long-term wholesale partners may apply.
LANGYARNS wholesale availability
LANGYARNS is available to business customers based in Slovenia and Hungary only. We cannot supply LANGYARNS on a B2B basis to customers in other countries.
LANGYARNS travels in a dedicated parcel with a €10.50 delivery fee. Standard free-shipping thresholds do not apply to this parcel.
Tracking & order support
All parcels are tracked and insured against loss or damage. We send tracking updates by email. Depending on your destination and parcel size, delivery is handled by DPD and FedEx.
If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
If an item is temporarily unavailable, we’ll email you. You can choose a replacement, request a partial shipment or ask for a refund.
Payment
Payments are handled through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your full card details.
- Credit or debit card: payment is processed securely in real time after your details are verified. You must be authorised to use the card. Your bank must approve the payment before we can confirm the order.
- PayPal: pay using your authorised PayPal account. PayPal’s terms and buyer-protection policies apply.
- Express checkout & other options: Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna and Scalapay may be available, depending on your country, currency, device and order value. Available methods appear at checkout.
Prices are displayed in EUR (€) or the local currency available for your selected market. The currency for your order is shown at checkout. Shipping prices and free-delivery thresholds listed on this page are in EUR (€). Your bank or payment provider may charge a currency-conversion fee.
