Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Estimated delivery time within the EU is 2–6 business days. Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to customs procedures, public holidays, weather conditions, or seasonal shipping volume.

Shipping fees are calculated based on total order value (excluding VAT unless otherwise agreed).

EU Orders

€0–€99,99 → 15% shipping fee
€100–€349,99 → 8% shipping fee
Above €350 → Free shipping (standard agreement)

Special contractual conditions may apply for long-term partners.

Slovenian Orders

€0–€99.99 → 8% shipping fee  
€100 and above → Free shipping

Non-EU Orders

Shipping costs are calculated individually depending on destination and shipment size.

Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Carriers & Tracking

Deliveries are handled by GLS, Packeta, DPD, DHL, FedEx, Hermes, or local postal partners depending on the destination and shipment size.

All parcels:

-Are shipped with tracking

-Are insured against loss or damage

-Include automatic tracking notification via email

Shipping Guarantee

We carefully pack all items and monitor every shipment.

If your parcel is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Backorders

If an item is temporarily unavailable:

• You will be notified by email
• You may choose a replacement
• You may request partial shipment
• You may request a refund
